Pro Towels, the industry’s largest towel supplier, announced today that Jenell Sankey has been promoted to Director of Customer Service.

Sankey started with Kanata Blanket Company in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative and later became Manager of that department.  During that time, she learned the promotional products business while interacting with many customers and by representing Kanata at trade shows across the United States and Canada.  In her new role, Sankey will oversee the Customer Service departments for Pro

Towels in Abbeville, South Carolina, Kanata Blanket in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and Superior Decorating in Camarillo, California.  Among her responsibilities will be product knowledge training, issue resolution, standardizing customer service operations across locations, and continually looking for new ways to provide the best possible experience for customers.
