Pro Towels, the industry’s largest towel supplier, announced today that Chuck Lang has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Chuck will oversee the finance, accounting and business development functions for Pro Towels, Kanata Blanket Company and Superior.
Prior to joining the team, Chuck was CFO for RYO Machine, LLC and their affiliated companies. Chuck was instrumental in developing their systems and processes and new business development. In addition, he partnered with Operations to improve the supply chain and product margins. The company and its success and hyperbolic growth have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and NPR. Kevin Nord, President of the Pro Towels family, commented, “I believe Chuck’s addition to the finance department will help take the company where we want to go as we continue to grow and evolve. Having Chuck involved in the upcoming changes will help us continue to be one of the leaders in the industry.”
His prior experience includes a variety of finance and accounting leadership roles in NYSE companies. Prior to RYO, he held the Director of Finance and Treasurer roles for one of the largest sign companies in North America. His experience also includes strategic planning, division finance lead, risk management and controller positions. Chuck holds a Master’s degree in business from the J.L. Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University with concentrations that include Marketing, Finance and Management Policy. He has also obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Miami University (Ohio) with concentrations in Accounting, Finance and Economics. In addition, he has achieved the CPA and CTP certifications.
