Posted by in Distributor Spotlight.

We are shining our light on Booker Promotions for our Distributor Spotlight.

This month we asked Owner, Scott Moscow, a few personal questions.

Booker Promotions approach is truly different because they actually take the time to understand a project, target audience and desired result in order to recommend appropriate imprinted items that will achieve a marketing or communications objective.
Booker has been in business for nearly 100 years and has been fortunate to keep a loyal client base where they enjoy over a 90% retention rate year over year. Their business is predicated on honesty and integrity, not only with clients but with terrific staff, contractors, reps and suppliers. They live by the motto of “Exceeding Expectations.”

Name & Title: Scott Moscow/Owner/Operations/Sales

What was your first job in the industry: Commission only sales person

How many years have you been in the industry: 30

What are the top 3 product categories you sell: Wearables/Drinkware/bags

Coolest client you created promo products for: Idasoft. Software company. It was a cricket bat and a Louisville Slugger bat. They were trying to introduce an international software company to American prospects. The idea was to send a message of American strength (the Louisville Slugger bat) and merge it with an international presence (cricket bat). It was to show that even though they might be far away they have similar ideals, interests and pastimes. The follow up was a baseball and cricket ball with the message of, “Here’s the pitch.” It was wildly successful and resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars of business.

Where can we find you on weekends: Out to breakfast with my Dad/playing softball/swimming pool/Costco for hot dogs/spending time with friends and family.

We would most likely see you eating: Fruit smoothies/granola bars/protein shake. Who am I kidding? Hamburgers/fries/wings/steak and potato’s.

Favorite TV show to binge watch: Breaking Bad

Favorite quote: This is a quote I wrote in my high school yearbook: Live the life you live and love it.

Where is the most interesting place you you’ve been: Right here in the United States, Grand Canyon

What are you most looking forward to in the next 10 years: I am grateful for our accomplishments over our last 98+ years and look forward to our bright future as we are the cusp of our second century in business.  We are committed to building the best staff in the industry and providing our clients with and unparalleled creativity and service.
