Print Stitch Patches are a combination of our two most popular patches: embroidered and sublimated. The background is printed with a full-color, photographic image with added embroidery to give dimension and texture.

Technical Specifications

  • Min: 1” x 1” / Max:12” x 12” (+/-1mm)
  • Overlock border is 4mm
  • Minimum size text is 4mm
  • Sublimated text is 1.6mm
  • Embroidery: The design cannot have more than 15 different colors of thread.
  • Sublimation: Sublimated allows unlimited colors. You can digitally print photorealistic images and even match PMS colors.
